How can I define different charset from iso-8859-1?
I know that I have to change inc_header.asp and inc_header_short.asp, but I don't know how.

Look for this line:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

if it dosnt exist, add it in between the <head> tags, after <head> and before <title>
