I server provide does not have an SMTP Server that will work without authentication. How do I get round this problem.

An SMTP server without Authentication is a SPAM target anyway

You would have to use Jmail4 (not free version) or CDOsys.

Edit inc_mail.asp to include your email address & password.

easiest way is to edit the "inc_mail.asp" file to include the username/password. keep in mind that all of the SMTP providers used by Snitz don't support usernmae/password so you may to use one that would require a new software purchase. That's what happened to us.

Thanks for the help but after looking at the file inc_mail.asp, I have no idea where I enter these details. Sorry but I have no ASP programming skills at all.

Does anybody know if a mod has been done for this. It might make it a bit easier for me. If not could somebody give me a some more help

Search inc_mail.asp for cdosys, uncomment the three lines (remove the leading ') and enter your email address & password.
