I only have like 6 forums installed in various places, but 5 of those 6 are for development purposes only....

This one is the one I'm working on for real actual usage :)

Kizzelwhix Forums

Test account: test/test

It is basically base snitz code and I installed the following mods... The site integration is all hard-coded, I didnt use the site integration mod (didnt suit my needs)

  • Private Messages
  • Active Users (with spider-id mod)
  • Poll Mod
  • Pop up Topic Stats
  • VBScript edit_hrefs function
  • Tables in forum code
  • maybe 1 or 2 more... I forget

Erm...isn't that default ?? I notice very little (or actually no) difference with my version of active.asp.
It also sorts them per cat/forum before sorting them on date...

The only big change on your active.asp is that I can't seem to find the "mark all topics read" icon anywhere.

I have to ask... what's the image saying "Community" doing at the top-right of the forums?
You might also want to hide some of the links in the menu for visitors, like the inbox, profile and members links.
I do like the look, except for some of the icons which don't fit in at all, the checkboxes have a background color that looks out of place, on policy.asp the buttons are a little too hard to see IMO, and last but not least, the scroll bar colors are naff.

the green text on green background can be a bit difficult to read. the green scrollbar also doesn't seem to match well. when I clicked on the first forum I got a message stating I needed to be logged in ... not a problem, but the text was in bright yellow and against the green background I had to resort to taking an aspirin

I like the structure of the site, I just think some of the colors needs tweaking.

The community image is temperary until I figure out what to do with the header of the forums...

I was thinkin of hiding the links on the menu for un-logged in people, havnt got around to it yet.

And I didnt see the scrollbars... havnt checked it out in IE yet, guess I should do that huh?

for the yellow text... I cant seem to find where the hell that's set at....

Oh yeah... the active topics by cat/forum isnt implemented into that forum, thats why active.asp isnt any different

I might be able to help you with the images, but not for at least two weeks. Work's too busy right now, and I have some projects waiting.
