How do you make a member a moderator? I looked for the option, but i cant find it...

Sign on as the admin, go to the members page, click edit profile for the member in question, and choose the new rank in the bottom right.

Took me a while to figure it out as well

After you have made them a moderator, you then have to assign them to a forum in order for them to moderate it.
