I have only one forum in my forum, and ideally on default.asp want the first page of posts displayed, rather than the list of available forums (of which there is only 1). The whole site is based around this one discussion.

Is this possible?

Thanks

By posts you mean topics? And by site you mean your site (code besides snitz), or is that what you'd like for your Snitz forum?

If you want to display the topic list by default, just change the forum url target to

http://www.yourwebsite.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=##

basically, the whole site is just the snitz forum, so my home page is Snitz's own default.asp (with header/footer etc)

when people hit the homepage I want them to see the first page of topics. I could replace default.asp with a blank page that forwards people to the link that Jorrit suggests, but its a bit clumsy.

Thanks

Well I don't think there are much more options, without substantial changes to the forum code, other than what Jorrit posted.

You can also download the Site Integration MOD to make the topic page look more like it is your actual homepage:
