any idea how to download my db file from the old server?

(its rename as an ASP file)

Use an FTP application, or rename it as .mdb again.

the problem is that i move from that host since the service was very bad.

my access via the ftp was canceld- but the site is still on
and i didn't back up it on time.

Does the directory of the mdb has the read attribute on? If not there isn't no way to download your database. (you must contact an hacker... )

no - the web server isapi filter prevents download of .asp files, and instead reads them and renders them.

You will need to take one of the above methods.
