I have configured three Group Catgories -- General, Members, and Private. I have three Forum Categories with several forums each inside them. Private has access to all 3 Forum Categories, Members have access to 2 of them, and the General Group Category has access only to one. I haven't found a way to add users to any of these Group Categories, however. By default, a user registers and has access to everything. When I go to the "Members" link and edit them, I only have three options in the drop-down: Normal User, Moderator, and Administrator. So I am evidently looking in the wrong spot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

the "Group Categories" feature is just used to group like categories together and not show other, possibly irrelevant ones. There is no way to restrict access based on "Group Categories". Access to specific Forums is still controlled via the Forum properties of each forum.

OK, I can see that. When I look into forum properties, I do not have any option for anything like what I need. I have included a screen print here. Thank you for the swift reply!!!

Make sure you have Private Forums set to On in Admin Options->Feature Configuration.

Thanks! I did have it set up, but I forgot that I ran an update and it reset the config. That's a little annoying, but I'm catching on. Thanks again for the help! :)
