How can I backup a whole database from a remote MS SQL2000 server that I am subscribing?

Do you have access to the server, through, say Remote Desktop Connection or similar? Cause if you don't, I don't think you will be able to do it.

Do you have Enterprise Manager installed?
If you have MSDE on a local machine you could backup to there.

I know of one online company that does it for you - http://www1.ahsay.com/en/solution/backupExpress.htm

Of course, after subscribing I received server IP address, port, user and password to access.

I use them to export my database from local Enterprise Manager. Everything is OK. But when I'd like backup a whole from remote server, I also use Import data (Copy objects and data between SQL databases), then encounter error: Server user is not a valid user in database 'eforms'

How do I deal with the problem?
or any other ways to retrieving my database

Have you talked with your server admin? He should fix that issue for you.
