I just installed the Active Users Mod (4.0.18) and now that it's installed, even though I'm online, it shows this:

Active Users Record: 0 | Record Set On: 11/11/1111 at 11:11:11 AM

I even tried logging out and back in. Do I have a setting wrong somewhere?
I'm using an Access DB and the latest version of Snitz, downloaded last week, with a PM Mod and Smile Manager Mod.

Did you Check Installation ? some times this is needed to fire up the variables.

It sounds as if you didn't add the needed code into inc_header.asp. Without those changes, nothing will be logged in the database. Check that you have added the necessary code into inc_header.asp and that you have uploaded the modified file.
