Look, noone is payed to help out here we do it out of the goodness of our hearts, it's the weekend and most people have better things to do than sit around here all day so it takes a while, so take it easy, having a go at us won't get you anywhere!

Anyway, you could stop the forums encrypting new passwords by going through the code and removing the relevant code but can't decrypt already encrypted passwords. But I really don't see the point in removing encryption - it's there for the security of your forums!

They aren't either! This is just a community type project not a full time job for anyone!
If you don't encrypt passwords and someone gains access to your database they have all your forums passwords at their disposal.

Why is using search so hard for you? Why is it so hard for you to just search for your answers?

I found the following using the Search, you could have too if you had just tried.
