I am currently running your snitz forum at a large secondary school and am having trouble keeping posts confidential until moderated. We recieve a large number of posts in the student issues forum that contain either secure topics such as bullying, or inappropriate language. Therefore, we need to sort out our moderation.

Currently, when moderation is set up, each pupil is told when posting upon any topic that there post will not become visible until moderated. However, there posts are visible to all but not able to be replied to. Due to the unwanted nature of some posts, this method will not do.

If anyone can post a solution i'll be most greatful.

It should work like this:

Topic is made.
Only Mods/Admins (and member who made said topic) can see topic.
Mod/Admin OK's topic.
All can see.

Have you Modded the base forum code in any way?
