I have this piece of code:
"<body" & strTmpPageBGImageURL & " bgColor=""" & strPageBGColor & """ text=""" & strDefaultFontColor & """ link=""" & strLinkColor & """ aLink=""" & strActiveLinkColor & """ vLink=""" & strVisitedLinkColor & """>" & vbNewLine & _

Can somewhere tell me how to add leftmargin="16" and topmargin="10" to the above code?

just add it before the >" & vbNewLine & _ part, and add a second set of quotes (") around your margin values.
