I've done alot of searching however is it possible for the administrator or moderator to set the subscription for a particular user?

I'm familiar with the users subscribing we just want the other way with the Admin setting the subscription for the user.

Not stock. I've been thinking about the same thing since I have users that have invalid email boxes and they keep subscribing to topics. I get hundreds of bounced subscription notices a day. I can't recall seeing a mod for this off hand either.
