Is there a codeslinger out there with some serious Snitz experience and IIS setup experience on 2003 that can help me straighten out some problems? I will pay- and this work can be nights or weekends and done 'remotely'.

Indeed, please describe the issues your having and you'll most likely get the assistance you need from right here on the forum. There are several folks here quite familiar with running Snitz on W2K3.
