If you mean to use other languages than english, that is not possible, unless you translate every single text string in the code. There is a mod, however, that allows you to use different languages without much trouble. Have a look in the Mod W/ Code forum.
I've installed ASP auction and there is something like language_config.asp file which consists all text used in auction in one place. It is very easy to customize language. Maybe it could be done the same way in next forum release?
