I was trying to run setup.asp on a new install Access db) and I get the following error:

The database you are using needs to be upgraded !!

Code : 80040E14
Click here to upgrade the database.

When I click the link to upgrade the database, I am prompted for admin id & password... I haven't created them yet :(

When I click the retry I get the following:

try clicking the links for registering. It seemed to fix that problem with my forums last night. It appears that there is no data in the data base and as soon as you register a member (admin) it wakes up and works. Strange there isn't a clearer direction to go when that heappens
