I have just completed update from 'v34_03' to 'v34_04' - and everything appears OK.
However, I am puzzled by the fact that I see 'traces' of what looks like som kind of 'ghost' (css?) files, like 'trim(Request.Form("Homepage... 'trim(Request.Form("LINK1... 'trim(Request.Form("LINK2... 'trim(Request.Form("Photo:URL...
and one more, labeled 'sValidate'
All these files are indicated as empty and listed to be residing in subfolders ('pop...' and 'regi...') to the folder where I have placed the Snitz ASP files etc.
What is the purpose of those files, and why are they shown on the 'upload list' when I update my Forums 2000 'project'? |

A Danish web editor, dubbed "Stone's WebWriter": When you define a 'project' - in this case 'Snitz' and assign files to the project, the WebWriter facilitates upload of all assigned files in one continuous operation. Later on, if you modify some of the files, you may select 'update project', thereby uploading only files which have been amended since previous upload. But let's waste no more time on this!: The forum works OK, you confirmed there is only one folder, and I can't locate the 'ghost files' on my harddisk! One last(?) question: How can I positively verify that I'm now running the *upgraded* version?? |

Hover your mouse pointer over the Snitz TM on the bottom right, or check in the Admin Options to confirm your version. |

Thanks, it *was* the '04'-version! (The reason I asked is that I had retained the previous files in a (now defunct) folder) So I hereby declare 'case closed' - thanks to everybody for all good advice! |
