After you post a topic you get the "You are so cool! You managed otpost a topic all by yourself!" Message. My question is, is that post allready in the database, and would it be possible to add it's title to the navigation tree (All Forums - Category - Forum - Topic)?

Not sure what you're talking about. The title of the topic is shown in the navigation tree, when you view the topic, in topic.asp.

I am talking about a new topic (not reply to an existing one) and the page that confirms that you have posted the topic.
