Hey all, any tips for this error?

Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A000D)
Type mismatch: 'ActiveUserTracker'
/forum/inc_header.asp, line 214

What is line 214 ?
Have you run the MOD Setup ?
Have you run the Check Installation ? (after installing and uploading the files )

If line 214 executes strSQL, insert a new line just before that does this :

Response.Write strSQL

guyb, that error indicates that you haven't added the sub ActiveUserTracker into inc_func_common.asp or forgotten to upload the modified inc_func_common.asp.
Make sure that you have followed all the instructions in the readme-file, and uploaded all the modififed files.

I get the following

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E37)
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'FORUM_ACTIVE_USERS'.
/forums/inc_func_common.asp, line 58



set rs = my_conn.execute (strSql)
Is the offending line.

I didnt know I was using odbc. ? Dont remember ever setting up a connection.

Edit: I somehow missed the instructions to go to the admin settings and do the mod thing.. :)
