I run a "club-site" and members who wants to join have to fill out a "apply-to-the-club"-form, which I recieve by mail.
But it would be rather "practical" if I could create a "join-the-club"-topic/form which new members fills in. But when they post it, nobody but me (admin) should be able to read it.
Put the post in a category and forum that require moderation. When posted, only admins and moderators of that forum will be able to see the replys as long as they are not approved.
