I've read the posts about converting from Access to MS SQL Server. They all say we should use DTS to transfer the data from the Access database to the SQL Server database.

Nobody says what DTS actually is and where you get it from. How do I perform this transfer?

In Enterprise Manager right click the database you want to import the Access Database into.
Select All Tasks > Import

A wizard should guide you from there.
