 Problem upgrading from .03 to .04

I am trying to run the upgrade from 3.04.03 to 3.04.04 and I am getting the error below.

Is there a known fix for this?

Doesn't it still say completed at the end? Those fields are already converted..

It says it says been completed without errors. But how can that be true if the lines above explicitly say "Error" ?

because those things weren't necessary, the only errors you need to worry about are critical errors.
