yeah, but in the US they are coming out with stuff nobody would ever need or want... like MP3 players for your cell phone. I mean c'mon, why the heck would you listen to a song on a little raspy cell phone speaker? I want my car to first run on a clean burning, gasoline substitute and then maybe I'll worry about playing music through my cell phone.

Hi Seven,
We've had all that tech for a while in Europe (along with digital networks etc ;-) ) and you're right, it hasn't proved that popular in the mass market, however I do know a couple of guys who listen to MP3's on their headphones from the phone, never over the nasty speaker! It's a legal requirement in the UK that you must use a headset (or handsfree kit) if on the phone whilst driving, so most people have some kind of headset to do this. And as for streaming movies in phones, you really do lost some of the cinema atmosphere ;-) |

While driving, I ignore my cell phone and use my car stereo with MP3 player to listen to music. Much much more convenient than using a phone with a headset/handsfree kit ;) |

10 times more expensive than the songs I've gotten at allofmp3.com though, and unlike the files from allofmp3.com, microsoft probably uses a DRM on the files... no reason for me to switch :P |

I'm going to write to a computer magazine to see what they say about allofmp3.com. I was going to write to them anyway as they had a test for wireless keyboards and mice in their last issue and the Logitech MX700 got a lower score for ergonomy than the MX900, while they're exactly the same, except the technology and 2 grams in weight. |

I love it, except for the missing support for WinAmp on the mediapad's display and the workaround to get ASCII codes like ™ done. I used to use nothing but a notebook for well over a year, so getting used to the "smaller" keyboard didn't take long. |

I know it's not avail. to you guys outside of USA (As mentioned earlier) but I signed up for REAL Rhapsody. I love the server. I actually get a deal through my college, $3 a month or $6 a quarter gets me unlimited streaming of every song, some free song burns and I can buy any song for 80 cents. |
