I hex edited mine soon after it was released to the beta testers in the beta testers newsgroups.

For those, like me, who may be wary of hacking Windows' *.dll files, though, there's always Stardock's Windowblinds software which is availbale as freeware. Skins are available from WinCustomize. Stardock have many more products for customisng the Windows GUI to work exactly as you want it.

I hate to break this to you, but those programs do the exact same thing, they replace or modify uxtheme.dll
