There is a website that has a java based program (not javascript) to check the users information and give them the information they are requesting. This form for the first time in 5 years is starting to come up more often to users who are not being able to use the program. I can't see how it would be a server issue since it works for most people, but was wondering if anyone can think of anything that would not allow java applets to be run.
