The easiest thing to do would be to use moderation so that, instead of a post getting deleted when clicking the bin icon, it's status is set to pending approval. Better yet, create a new status for pending deletion. It would then be easy enough to write a custom script to display all posts pending deletion on one page. Unfortunately, I haven't worked with the moderation feature myself so I can't offer you anything in the way of code changes.
