Hi all!
Just a question about DVDs. I haven't got a DVD-R unit yet, but I was interested in some documentaries shown in a cable TV channel last week, so I asked a friend of mine to record them for me.
He did it, but when "closing" the DVD, the unit said that an error had taken place... so I ended up with an unreadable DVD.
Do you know of any tool that can be used to read the data there, at least to try and get some of the documentaries? If I enter it in my DVD unit it says that it is unreadable. |
Best Regards

you could give this a try, I've not used it personally but have heard some people say it's recovered some coasters for them before.

Hi, Gremlin, I forgot to reply.
The software you suggested really looks like it can work... though it doesn't with the old DVD reader in my computer.
Fortunately, my brother is about to buy a new computer with a last-generation DVD writer in it, so I'll try to recover the file in his computer.
Thanks a lot!! |
