I saw a vacancy to develop a system for MLM. Not much description. Maybe any programming language will do as long as can meet their needs. I just want to ask if anyone got experience in developing MLM software. In the past, I heard something like recursive, binary etc. What skills needed for MLM software? Can it be web-based?. Thanks.
