I deleted a forum by mistake, can I get it back or is it 86'd?

unless you have a backup of the database, it's gone.

What is the name of the database? I might have it as I just backed up a few days ago. Assuming I would have to reload the entire file?

you'l find the nameof your database in config.asp where you defined it once. It's in your connection string.
