I am new to all of this - just trying to setup Snitz Forums version 3.2.04 on my website using MySQL database - but as administrator, I can create new topics, see all the new topics, create new posts - but as a regular user who has registered - you can't see any topics - all you get when you click 'active topics' is a big black row on top of the topics lists, with an error like this:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'recForumCount'
/member/forum/default.asp, line 406
I don't have any idea how to fix this - help, I can't understand why none of the users are able to see the active topics that I have created as administrator - and also thus, users are currently unable to post because there does not exist this option -

Thanks - that bit worked but that hadn't shown up when I did search - I searched also this, my new error - now the user can see the table properly, but there isn't the list of the category of forums that I have created as administrator - I have updated forum count in admin options - No Active Topics found is what I get when I click on active topics as a regular user - the only way I can work out to view all the forums is for me (as the administrator, to post a new forum under each category) in order for the category to be seen by the regular user. However, I still can't see any of the topics when I click on active topics -
Is there some admin setting I am missing - ie Group Category or something - I can't get enough info on how to fix this -

Here is the error I get. I'm perty new to all this myself and i read the other links here. I use Myhosting for a web server. They did the instal and everything so Im really not sure what to do from here.
I be greatful for any help anyone can give me. Thank You  O yeah If I give Admin or Moderator right they can view my topics. Normal users cant see the topics but can see Discussion Groups.
