Hi there, I need your help on this. I want only registered users to be able to view topics in Forums. There are not going to be that many users, only about 20. So it will be easy to grant each user access.
I also want new users to register but only be able to post/view after their registration has been granted.
Ok, each main category in your forum has a folder to the far right that you can click on when logged in as an admin. Click on it and set the properties of the category to "registered members only" or "members only" (and not everyone).
This will make it not viewable by anybody not logged in.
If you want to make the entire forum like this (and not just *some* areas), then do this:
login as admin and go to > forum/admin_config_system.asp
