Im curious to what the best option would be, if I wanted a member to have moderator rights for just one topic and all its replies. That is, she is to be able to edit and delete all posts in just one topic.
Im aware of that I have to hard-code this in topic.asp and post_info.asp (if I don't want the member to be an actual moderator), but what would be the best way to do so?
Currently, I check for the memberid and topic id, and if they match, the user gets mlev = 3 and adminallowed = 1. It was easy to add it to topic.asp, but post_info.asp was another thing.
Im open for suggestions and help, as I rather keep it safe than sorry. |
