All of a sudden, after doing it's duty for many months, the mail from my forums does not reach me. I have not changed the settings in admin, which are still on CDOSYS. Where should one look for the cause? Or is this a server matter? |

It can be many things, firewall settings, NATs, new switches or routers. the system has been very solid for emailhere, with the exception of when we changed some DNS on our network (without that facct being shared and what seemed harmless took the email offline for the forum.
I would look for any "network" changes or "relay" changes on your email server, odds are its not the forum, but an external component. |

I went to my cPanel and the webmail on the server and sent a couple of test mails to both, the forum domain and to myself. They arrived promptly. But I don't get the automated mail I used to get from subscriptions and new joiners, plus other modified reports. That is why I thought it may be something at my end? |

Have you tried emailing from a outside source? Yahoo, Hotmail, GMail? Also make sure that mail.yourdamin.com is still a valid URL by pinging it. you might need to contact your host to see if they have switched anything around. |
