is it possible to list IP addresses in the members awaiting approval chart? That way we can tell which ones are duplicate entries, and to keep an eye out for banned people trying to sneak back in

what version are you using? v3.4.04 includes the IP Address on the Members Pending page.

I think there is also a mod for the previous version, I have it on my members pending.

Try this Admin Accounts Pending

Could we just replace the required page from 3.4.03 with the 3.4.04 version?
