Hi,

Looking for a developer to implement Snitz forums on my Website and add various features that may or may not be included as add ons with Snitz.

Some of the stuff we want, besides regular Snitz forum stuff that I know about is:

On left side of screen show which other users are currently online. Ability to add friends and view there status etc. Ability to send messages to other users. Ability to upload and view pictures uploaded by other members. Ideally, ability to leave comments about other users. Ability to form specialty groups withing the forum (clubs) that have there own message board and are only viewable by members of that club. And I guess a few other things.

I really like the forum at newschoolers.com if anyone can check that out. I don't think they use Snitz, but I am wondering, if Snitz could be used and some of those might be previously developed add ons.

Last thing is, we are a not for profit with a low budget (suck!), so price is a definite issue for us.

If you think you might be able to help out please let me know. My email address is: info@hsfilmfest.com also, I will be checking this board for responses.

Kind Regards,
Michael

Well, I am trying to do something very similar. It sounds like you want a friendster/myspace equivalent with Snitz as the engine. Let me know if you make any progress. I'm working on writing my own code for Snitz to implement the uploadable images, buddylists, and comments. A good start for a modded snitz is "serverhacker", but I personally think that it's poorly designed and prefer to do things myself.
