how do I delete a User?

Login as admin and go to the "Members" page (link on top right menu) - members.asp. A delete image icon allows you to delete members.

Caution on deleting users: you will not get a cascading delete of their topics and other places where their ID exists in other tables of the database. Search for this topic in this forum. It's recommended that the user is locked rather than deleted. If the posts were offensive, you can always delete the posts after you lock the member.
