Web Designer candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to work with raw HTML, XHTML, and CSS and be able to produce a range of visual concept designs, using Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Dreamweaver (or other text-mode editor) to build the chosen design/site to a high coding/accessibilty/SEO standard. Knowledge of ASP would be an advantage.
Web Developer candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of hand-coded ASP, HTML, XHTML, CSS and MS Access to build dynamic, Database-driven sites and Content Management Systems to similarly high standards.
