The user of this XP look posted this screen-shot in one of my topics:

I really took a liking to it, but could not find it under the available options (including the MS online offers).
I asked him in a couple of posts and emails where he got it from, but for some reason he seems to mind sharing it with just one more user, and never responded. 
Can anyone recognize it and tell me where I can get it?
