Hello,

The problem I'm having is:

When using the web link funtion and jumping to another category the user has to login again. Is there a way to change this so the user only has to log in the first time no matter how many new windows he or she opens.

Thanks,
HVROX

Have you edited any code ?

Do you have cookies enabled ?

Is your domain pointing directly at your website or via some sort of web diversion

You should not have to log in to every window you open unless your cookies are not being written

No. I have not edited any code.

Yes. Cookies are enabled and set to forum.

Yes. The forum is in the root of my site. I'm using access setup with the .mdb in a separate folder also in the root.

It does not happen on the Snitz site so I'm wondering what I shoud check?

Thanks HuwR for the quick reply.

Sorry, that is not what I meant, does your domain name point directly at the IP of your site, or is it using webdiversion to point it there(settings related to your dns not the forum)
