I know different specs and all that - but the HP one has a Optical Zoom doube that of the Olympus - and I don't think that I will get the additional benefits of going from 5.3 Mega Pixels to 8 Mega Pixels.
It's mainly for web work anyway - but also for physical marketing literature, brochures, advertising specialty work etc.
If anyone has any opinion, reviews of similar cameras in this range - I would like to hear them.
The difference with getting the HP one means I can get another station set up for the office
Digital zoom is pants, get the one which has the highest optical zoom. Basically digital zoom works on the recorded image not the lens, so it is basically the same as zooming in using something like photoshop.
The more pixels the better as this gives finer and better definition in the image.
