Not a bad color scheme and layout. Do you have any mods installed?

Your forum is still, kinda, plain. You've got a good start at modifying the header file, why don't you give the site a custum footer as well? Try installing some more mods like avatars, private messages, etc... The aqua blue is nice, but I think it is overused. It's kinda bright for the eyes, and I don't know how well it mixes with the more traditional green bar at the head of the forum. Other than that, great start. It takes a while for members to roll into a site. It takes quite a bit of effort these days it seems to get peoples attention, get them to sign up, and get them to post.
Good Day. |

Uhm... Maybe you should look around for a template you can use for the site (only one page?) and then put the forums in the same template. |

Try doing a Google on "Free website templates" (without the quotes) and you'll find lots of sites that offer them. You can also get one that isn't free, as most don't cost over $25 unless you want it to be a one of a kind.
Of course, if you have Macromedia Fireworks, Adobe PhotoShop or Jasc Paint Shop Pro, you can also use those to create your own site template... |
