Look the image first.i had add the out-border color and size into style tags with those code(style='border: 2 solid #3366CC;').

i think if the border can be define a new boder color by system,it will be ok . Add a custom a new boder color ,i think i can do it,but how to add the border size at the same time add the border color,i didn't think i can do it. Please give me some some directions do it. Thanks
