Snitz forum and Asian Characters. Help!

I have an international community of people who watchs my forum.
I would like that Japanese and Chinise people be able to post topics in their native language.

I don't know why my snitz forum doesn't support asian characters and
I don't now what I have to do!

But I have seen that is possible.
For exempe this site supports both english than Japanese characters:

On my server I have installed Snitz 3.4.04 and MySql 4.0.

There is someone who knows how I can solve this big trouble?

i think they put "charset=Shift-JIS"<

The version they are using is the international beta:

You can solve the problem by using "utf-8" as encoding...
