Need to add a delete topic Icon that is available for moderators and admins in the topic message itself.

By in the message itself, I assume you mean that little 'menu' bar above each message... I have an icon on my forums for that. Unless I'm missing something...

The icon for deleting the topic is included with the 5 icons that are on the right hand side of the topic header. Do you want to just move it so that the delete topic icon is in the same place as it is for the delete reply? Or have both icons. I believe the reason that it's setup the way that it is, is Normal members can delete their replies, but only Admins/Moderators can delete topics. That's why the icon to delete the Topic is grouped with the Admin/Moderator icons and not on the topic itself.

yes... both... but only the admin/moderators can see it.
