have been using your support forum for over a week, I have not posted any questions becuase i have been searching the forums looking for already discussed problems. I am COMPLETE ROOKIE on a pc let alone changing codes I have no choice but to ask these questions now, I am helpless !! lol I have tried everything to get these avatars to work. Does somebody have updated versions of the codes i could upload? another question is why would you make a download of asp files that have to be overhauled? wouldnt it make sense to complete the overhauls then offer the download? then dummy like me would be able to use the mods. My forum is in bad need of avatars and PM mods and im afraid im not qualified to do the work. Does anybody have updated avatar mod files and /or updated pm mods? something that needs no code changing? how about a book avatars for idiots? someone please help
I can see your angle, but to supply already changed files would assume that there are no other MODs on your forum. You want/have both the avatar and PM MODs, so you must integrate them both into the code manually. Neither MOD is a pre-requisite to the other . You could post a request to see if someone wants to do it for free, or for someone like me that charges for my time.
If the MOD contains already changed files, but you want 2 MODs so you can only take that shortcut on the first one, and then only if the MOD contains pre-changed files.
