On my new shopping cart site the users will be requested to register. I now want to add this (excellent) forum. Is there an easy way for the users to register on the site and also on the forum at the same time.

The site is still in development so now would be the ideal time to add the coding etc.

That has been addressed many times before. Please try a search for login in the General Help forum. You'll get many topics related to cookie issues, but you also get some topics related to your issue.
