On our boards we maintain public and member sections, and due to friction between members a user had to be banned.
In retaliation this user utilized some masking services to recreate an account, but then began posting member forum information, new information posted since their banning was initiated, in the public forums.
We suspect that some of this is being traded in PM's perhaps and would like to review PM's by user for the administrators only.
