I just went through many forum files changing code so that Richard Kinser's avatar mod will work on my site. Now I seem to have set everything up, with avatar options displaying in profile, admin options etc. However, they do not show in the forum itself :s
I'm guessing this is something to do with topic.asp and I am using the latest version of Snitz.
You haven't added the avatar code which shows up in the posts. Locate the instructions for topic.asp in the readme-file, and look specifically for the following:
For snitz 3.4.0.3 follow this step
Look for this code arond line 584
and follow the instructions. Then look for the following:
For snitz 3.4.0.3 follow this step
Look for this code arond line 796
After following those instructions, avatars should display in topic.asp as well.
This should have been posted in the Mod Implementation forum.
Thanks so much for taking the time to go through my topic.asp and my bad on not doing that final part. I did see that bit, but didn't realise that was my version of the Snitz forums. Also, sorry for placing this thread in the wrong forum, wont happen again :)
