I've downloaded Avatars MOD from Snitzbitz and it has installed and works fine in general.

The only thing is, when i try to assign an avatar to a particular username, the avatar does not show for that user.

Can anyone help ?

If you assign a avatar for a specific user that does not mean it is the users avatar, it just only gives that member the choice to use that avatar.
