I just realised my files are .03, so will redo them using the latest code and post a link to them this afternoon.
I have a day off today so won't get any clients distracting me. |

These files will actually work with .04 as well as .03, you just won't get the new profile link in .04
Header files
Zip contains three files.
inc_header_code.asp (pretty much all the code from inc_header) inc_header.asp (the html part of inc_header) inc_loginForm.asp (the login form)

I might be being a bit fick here, but this isn't working wit cookies set to 'website' as opposed to 'forum'...
As a consequence, it won't let me log-out... if I click the logout button, it cycles through login.asp, reloads whichever page I was on, but still records that I'm logged in...
I need website cookies for the universal login mod... is there any way to sort this?

your problem is related to something else, the code in the zip files is exactly the same as is found in the normal inc_header so it won't make any difference to the way it works.

Thanks for letting me know...
I shall investigate the other changes I've made and see if I can fix it...
Oops... I'd forgotten to edit your inc_header files with the changes from the universal login mod... did that, manually deleted all my cookies and shazam, it works... now all I want to do is get rid of the log-in boxes (restrict users to the login page only) and be able to get to it, and more importantly, back again from any page on the site....
Cheers, Simon |

I am new to this Snitz forum and the program. Could someone tell me how to intall this mod and how to operate it? I know I am not smart about these mods yet. I do have my forum operating. tia |

I can see that customizing this forum to fit the look and feel of your current site is NOT for the faint of heart huh? |
